These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Measuro mobile application ("Measuro", the "App"), published by Mao Apps ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Measuro on any device you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the usage rules of the platform you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Measuro offers an optional Premium upgrade with three options:
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your platform account:
Payment: All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not see or store your payment details.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the platform you purchased through (Apple or Google) under their respective refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
The free version of Measuro includes a limited set of converters and displays ads served by Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded ad may temporarily unlock additional features for 30 minutes. The Premium upgrade removes ads and unlocks all features.
Measuro's measurement tools (AR Distance, AR Area, GPS Speed, Sound Meter, Spirit Level, Compass, Pedometer, Barometer, Inclinometer, and others) rely on your device's sensors and software estimates. Readings are approximations and must not be used for safety-critical, professional, medical, navigational, or legal purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy of any measurement.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mao Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
Measuro integrates services from Google (AdMob), RevenueCat (subscription verification), open.er-api.com (currency rates), and CoinGecko (cryptocurrency rates). Use of these services is also subject to their respective terms.
Measuro, the Mao Apps name, the Measuro name, and all associated logos, designs, and content are the property of Mao Apps. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections 5–10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of laws principles. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Jordan.
