This privacy policy explains how the Morse Flash mobile app ("Morse Flash", "we", "our") handles your data. Morse Flash is published by Mao Apps.
Short version: Morse Flash has no accounts and asks for no personal details. Your messages, practice history and settings stay on your device. Two third parties do receive data: Google AdMob, which serves the ads, and RevenueCat, which processes purchases.
Morse Flash asks for no names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts or photos, and has no sign-in of any kind. Everything you type, every card you make and all of your practice history is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
Data does leave your device in two places, both through third-party services rather than to us: advertising (section 4) and purchases (section 5). Those are described in full below.
Morse Flash uses your device's camera in two ways:
No photos, videos, or camera frames are recorded, saved, or transmitted. Frames are processed in memory in real time and discarded immediately.
If you use Receive › Sound, Morse Flash listens through the microphone to detect the pitch of an incoming Morse tone.
No audio is recorded, saved or transmitted. The sound is analysed in memory as it arrives and discarded immediately; nothing is written to storage and nothing is sent anywhere. The microphone is used only while that screen is open.
Morse Flash shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect standard ad-request data (device type, IP address, advertising identifier subject to your consent, approximate region) to serve relevant ads. You can:
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the app shows a Google UMP consent form on first launch where you can accept or reject personalized advertising.
Morse Flash Pro is sold through Google Play. Purchases are processed by Google, and RevenueCat is used to keep track of whether a purchase is active so the app knows what to unlock.
RevenueCat receives your purchase and subscription history along with an anonymous identifier it generates for the installation. It is not given your name, email address or payment details — Morse Flash never sees your card details at any point, and there is no account to link a purchase to.
Morse Flash is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Morse Flash after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
