Delete your Huroofi account

Mao Apps — Huroofi (حروفي)

In the game, open Settings → My account and saved progress → Delete account. Confirm the warning. Linked Google accounts require identity confirmation; guest wallet deletion does not require creating or linking a Google account. All guest wallets linked to your account are included.

Request deletion without the app

Email myao.apps@gmail.com with the subject “Huroofi account deletion”, from the Google email you linked, if applicable. For an unlinked guest, use deletion in the app while you still have access; if you cannot, contact support to discuss ownership verification. Tell us whether you want your account and associated data deleted, or only specific data. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send passwords or payment-card details.

What is deleted

Your Firebase sign-in account, synchronized game saves, save-operation records and purchase-operation records are deleted, and deletion is requested for the RevenueCat customer and paid coin wallet. Paid coins and account-linked access may be lost. The local game starts a new guest journey; device preferences remain until you clear app storage. Deletion does not automatically refund payments or delete Google Play records. Unresolved purchase operations may need recovery first. Support correspondence and records required by law or to resolve disputes may be retained for those purposes; we will explain applicable exceptions when handling your request. RevenueCat processes its deletion request separately.
