Huroofi Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Huroofi, an Arabic word-puzzle game provided by Mao Apps. The game is currently in development.

Using the game

You may use the game for personal entertainment. Do not interfere with its operation, exploit purchase or reward systems, redistribute protected assets without permission, or use it unlawfully. Third-party and open-source material remains subject to its respective licences, listed in the app credits.

Words and progress

Huroofi is a game, not an authoritative dictionary. Word spellings, definitions and accepted answers may be corrected. Progress is saved locally and synchronized when connected. Linking Google allows recovery of synchronized progress and balances. Unsynchronized changes or unlinked guest data may be lost after clearing data or uninstalling.

Coins, rewards and purchases

Coins and hints are virtual game items, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between players. When purchases are available, Google Play shows the applicable price and payment confirmation. Game sign-in is optional for purchases. Guest purchases use an anonymous wallet. Linking Google combines the remaining purchased balances of your guest and linked account without re-granting spent coins. Use the same linked Google account to recover these balances after reinstalling; an unlinked guest balance may be lost when the app or its data is removed. Earned coins and completed progress are also synchronized and combined with your linked account. Store restoration alone cannot reconstruct a consumed coin balance. Removing ads disables automatic ads; optional rewarded videos remain available. Deleting your purchase account can remove its paid balance and does not automatically request a refund. Refund rights and applicable store procedures will apply; these terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Advertising

Optional rewarded ads and occasional ads between eligible levels may be available. Availability can depend on connectivity, consent and the ad provider. The game may grant a courtesy reward when an ad cannot load. Such rewards do not represent a cash entitlement.

Availability and changes

Development versions may contain faults and may change. We aim to maintain the game but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every device will behave identically. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Material changes will be reflected in the update date and communicated where required.
